OLD MUTUAL GROUP SCHEMES REJECTED MY CLAIMS AND I WAS NOT HAPPY

I took a old mutual group schemes policy *** the Ref number for my claim was CEA***. This policy was taken when i started working , i covered my self and my sisters daughter when she passed away she was a student. when i lodged the claim i submitted proof that she was a student but it was diclined because they said she was not my bioligical daughter what i do not understand when i took the policy the consultant knew that i was only 11 yrs older than her which was clear that she was not my daughter now selling a policy that does not cover the person who and paying for years then when claiming you are told that they need a proof that a person is your biological child to me that is robbing people in daylight these people always call and say they have reviewed our policies we need to update but in this case it was not reviewed until i logged the claim. I was not happy about their outcome sometimes these companies are interested when they benefit and always praising themselves when marketing their products
