Old Mutual Group Schemes Poor service

An old Group Schemes Investment over 20 years Old Mutual takes over 2 Months sending customers back and Forth. 7 days after submitting All the requested documents you wait and wait over 2 Months. At the Head Office and Branch No One is able to assist. You have to email to back office and when someone puts you through either calls are dropped OR no one comes back to you with progress of your claim. Lastly after telling you it is in Escalations for over a Month you get told that the values that we're received are incorrect and you wait again for another 2 weeks until you get money to call again to follow up. Can Someone who Knows what is going on at Old Mutual comment please tell us for such a Big company what is going on?
