Old Mutual Group schemes ????

So I am a teacher and received my payslip on that I swa that a group scheme has been taken out on my profile. I got avidavides, my bank account papers and proof from my payslip.

I've bee mailing up and down to try and close this group scheme taken out on my ID and name which I haven't given consent. All they tell me it's going to take time I already lost money 4 months and still continuing.

All I want is my money back and this to stop on my profile. But old mutual just doesn't come back. Every time one phones one have to hold on for 45min to an Hour and the problem still doesn't get resolved.

I am at a stage of contacting the ombitsman but know it even going to take longer to get it sorted out.

Old mutual was ********** and it's getting rediciously now. It's almost a lost of R2000 already which somebody els gains on ??????
