Old Mutual Group Scheme Policy Department is unwilling to assist me with my claim.
Hi, My name is Klara Blaauw and I have been trying to get in contact with with the Old Mutual Group Scheme Policy Department for the past few weeks now regarding my Group Scheme Policy which I want to claim,I have written numerous emails and I have been calling them but nobody in interested in assisting me with my query/claim in the Old Mutual Group Scheme Policy Department.I am so frustrated and I want my money but they don't seem like they want to assist with my claim process.I need this matter resolved today because I'm fed up with this company now!!!!!

16 Oct 2020, 14:19Please resolve this matter asap today because I need to update my ID number and I also need claim my money and i also need a Benefit Statement of my Fund Credit and a Surety letter from the fund so that I can apply for a Home Loan from my Bank.
Those guys at the Group Scheme Policy Department of Old Mutual has avoiding my emails since last month and my patience are wearing thin,I also need a in find living annuity application form.Please contact me personally on *** or call me on ***, remember my Group Scheme Policy number is ***
