OLD MUTUAL GROUP SCHEME HARD TO GET

I have been struggling to get through to Old Mutual via Whatsapp, their App chats, emails, and many times through calling their customer care line and getting transferred.

This is the 5th week and I am tired. No response, No follow-up on ticket raised or whatsoever help.

I need to review and increase my Groupscheme policies, can someone PLEASE help me ...
