Old mutual group scheme

Good day I've just checked my credit score only to find out old mutual has updated something that I don't know. These policies or accounts end with different numbers with different accounts and amounts that they said I'm owing them ... 3325 for 5 October 2012 (R383) .... 5371 for 19 March 2021 (R279) .... 9104 for 11 September 2018 (R227) .... 2420 for 21 September 2011 (R260)

I need old mutual group scheme to correct this
