Old mutual group scheme 20% increase without my approval

Old mutual group scheme increased my premium by 20% without my approval -they have since deducted twice after I told them that I don't want such high increase- I want in line with the inflation - I have logged a case and was told it will take 7 days but still not resolved after a month and another deduction in my account
