Old Mutual Greenlight policy

<p>I am not happing with the whole claiming process for an Old Mutual Greenlight policy for my late mother. After completing documents which as a beneficiary that I at my disposal, now I am required to source documents and complete forms from a doctor back dating to 2014 and her previous employer. Where both could not help me and the other requested a court order. So as a beneficiary, why is it my job and my responsibility to source all these information which is beyond my reach and the whole process is delayed and possibly will be declined which is unfair to me and my family. What must I do, complete these documents myself or issue court orders myself for these people to complete these documents which they have no interest in. I have wasted my time and resources. If your aim is wanting us to give up on this claim, then you doing a very good job. I will advise people taking up these policy to know that their beneficiaries will be expected to walk on water first before they get payouts.</p>
