Old Mutual :Green Light terrible I am canceling all my policy with them after this payment

I lodged a claim for funeral cover on the 2 january 2021, which when I joined I was told that when I claim I will be paid within 48 hours, I am still waiting for my money, its been 11 days. I received an sms on 04 of January 2021 that my money will be paid within 2 days but I am still waiting. I don't understand how old Mutual except me to burry my grandmother if they are still holding my money. On the 08 January 2021 I visited one of their branch and I was told that everything its fine finance department is holding my payment with no reason since I submitted all documents neede
