Old Mutual Green Light Life division treats customers unfairly, they refuse to be of assistance in major life changing times for clients. You can never get through via phone call and when you do you told you can't speak to management as there is only an email address they take clients money no questions asked but can not service clients when asked. I would like a phone call from management.
