Old Mutual green light is a ****
My mom has Old Mutual Green Light life cover,with policy no ***1 when she went on pension she opted for no-increase premium option. Six months ago Old Mutual increased her premium by400 she has been to couple of Old Mutual branches and they couldn’t help her only referred her to her useless Financial advisor Mr Komani who is nowhere to be found. Can Old Mutual please fix this mess and refund her all the extra 400 that she has been paying. This is not a way to treat your loyal client who has been with you for more than 35 years.
