Old Mutual Green Light Insurance

I have an Old Mutual GreenLight Insurance for +15years (toke when i started working). 15yrs later Im blessed with a baby which doesn't get to live more than 10days and passes on.

And since i have a life cover & funeral plan with Old Mutual I’m under the impression that my child should be automatically covered until a certain period where i can register him and have him loaded on my cover. When I enquired for assistance I’m told baby is not covered since i haven’t registered him under my policy. I take it up with senior team, cause at what point within the 10days should i have registered a premature baby. A week later the team has been sending me from pillar to post with no assistance at all.

Is this the type of service we paying for with Old Mutual funeral policies?? This has been such a disappointment and sooo sad when you need help and get rejected like this after you been paying for so many years
