Old Mutual green light claims.

We have lodged a claim with Old mutual green lite in July 2020. They took forever to respond but eventually they did. They said they need a letter from Nedbank to show that the loan has been paid off as the policy was ceased to a home loan with respect to Nedbank. After we sent them a letter to show the home loan is paid they then said they wanted a letter to show that the Nedbank has no interest in the policy. We sent a letter from Nedbank stating the above.... THEY THEM SAID that they want a security cose which Nedbank said they don’t have. My concern is that they don’t tell me all this in one email, it’s like they deliberately want to frustrate me and ultimately not payout the cover. They refuse for us to speak to administrators or anyone who can assist. The call center agents don’t seem to have solutions or alternatives. They took money from my moms account even after she had passed away but claiming from them seems to be impossible.
