Old Mutual Green light

I have lodge a claim with old Mutual after my husband passed away ,for the payout of Greenlight policy in January 2021,even today am still waiting for old mutual to pay all beneficiaries. Old mutual claims to pay within 60 day after the claim has been lodge which is big lie, Is four months now and the consultant who is assisting in Old Mutual Jurnfurse Branch confirms that all documents submitted are correct and nothing is outstanding but even today ,she is not sure what's the delay .I follow my claim everyday
