OLD MUTUAL GIVING ME RAW DEAL

I took out a retirement annuity with old mutual 11 years ago on the 27th April 2021 it matured and on the 5th May 2021 i became 55 years and i decided to opt out and cashed my policy with this organization i contacted my broker on the 11th May 2021 to inform her of my decision which she gladly helped me to put forward a claim which we received a reply on the 19th May 2021 that the claim was received and it will take 17 working days for it to be paid so this was expiring on the 11th June 2021 but up until this day it has not being paid i made follow ups with my broker and on the 21st June we were told that there is a problem which was not explained what it was still no payment,Today i asked for feedback again the response i got was that the cancellation was only done last friday i do not know what to do i have run out of ideas Old Mutual is not giving me the service that i deserve i feel aggrieved by this action please help
