Old Mutual Gives no feedback and Don't care about their clients needs
I have submitted a disinvestment request on Monday 02/10/2020 and until today with 2 complaints later no reply or any feedback. It is pathetic how the are so fast to run debit orders but when it comes to paying out the play dead Policy Nr ***6 complaint nr CRM:***
Please don't phone me just do your job please. PATHETIC
