Old Mutual get your act together

I Will get straight to the point. One thing about Old Mutual is that no matter if you arrange a deduction date on your salary, they deduct whenever they like. BUT when you want to disinvest your policy its a hassle and the call centre agents all have a different story. I would like to know what happens when you die? You wont be able to phone the call centre to make an enquiry!! I am fed up with Old Mutual. I sent all of my paperwork through to them on Monday the 13th of July 2015 after speaking to 3 agents already no joy out of that I had to send my paperwork again and again and again.....I am still waiting for payout. The first agent told me payout will be between 5 and 7 working days. The next agent between 7 and 15 days.....I bet when I phone again it will be between 15 and 21 days. Please Old Mutual, get your act together because you are losing clients as we speak...
