Old Mutual GEORGE- disgraceful service for elderly and vulnerable customers!

Old Mutual in George , pathetic service. *********** ! Two weeks ago my elderly parents requested that funds be released as they require it urgently for vehicle purposes, 2 weeks later they drove petrol again (they don't live in town) and just to find out it was never done!!!!! The level of 'carelessness and negligence' goes beyond our comprehension!!!! No respect for my elderly parents time, health or Wellbeing! This african male who assisted them never did what he was required to do! This at the George branch! Highly *********** and worst customer service ever! How do you employ people like this?????? Shame on you Old Mutual! And this is loyal customers of years!!!! Years and years!!!! Causing anxiety and stress! Please return my parents petrol money by the way and their airtime for having to chase yo your lazy people who are not doing their jobs!!!
