Old Mutual generated four policies under my name without my instruction and approval.

I am beyond disappointed with Old Mutual. Last week, I discovered that Old Mutual has generated four policies under my name (3 funeral covers amounting to R494.00 and one retirement at the amount of R500) without my instruction or approval, and I haven’t signed anything to allow them. It started with an email correspondence with attachment of a retirement policy document which was addressed to N. Nzuza, with a Bryston address and the beneficiary was Thobeka Nzuza and I thought that may be its an email error or something as there was neither my full name and ID number and the uknown beneficiary indicated and I decided to gnore that email up until I received my payslip last week (07 April 20250 when I went through it, I saw a new stop order and rushed to Old Mutual in sunnypark when I arrived there it came to my supprise that there are 3 more policies generated under my name.

The beneficiaries of the funeral policies are people that I don’t even know. This has affected my financial status because already the stop order has been generated and gone through. I don’t think I will recommend OM to anybody for such a terrible thing they did to me. People, please be aware: if there is anyone reading this, who can advise me about this if I should open a case? Or I should just go to all social media platforms and expose them.
