Old Mutual Gap Cover is Useless

Old Mutual Gap Cover administration has been taken over by Kaelo. What a joke! They dont approve any claims not covered by medical aid. What is the function of gap cover if they dont cover what the medical aid short pays? I am super not impressed, and if I could give them a minus star rating, I would!!
