Old mutual fustrates me

I'm so disappointed in old mutual I had a educational policy with them for 2 years 6 and I was saving 350 it went up to 362 and now it's on 382 because I cant afford it anymore I decided to cancel it the agreement stated that I will be getting 8500 guess the initial amount I got was 8300 and then I decided to go to old mutual branch so that I get clarity but no one could explain what happened I know it has to have penalties but now why was I given a contract with a different amount than I got and If I calculate all the amount it's way lesser than what I got hello Peter please intervene
