Old Mutual Funeral Policy Refund

I am existing Old Mutual Policy holder 69345SB ********** 9, I would like to find out how possible it it is to get a refund from the policy that I've been paying for almost 10 years . I've tried to visit their site and is not helping at all for a better word. If Old Mutual is unable to pay back what are the reasons not to payback as i never claimed since i had this policy from 2008
