Old Mutual funeral policy is BAAAD

I have been with old mutual for 5 years and last year December my policy was elapsed and I didn't know about although I had made changes with old mutual asking them to take their premium days before month end and I was assured that this will be done. Old mutual made me feel that they are not there for you as a person that's being valued but money for them that's what they value to those that are having old mutual as their funeral policy and all that please recheck them or get another funeral policy cause Old mutual is really old for its name indeed. Although they sent me forms to revive my policy but it's like their automated Email responder is just not good or the person responding to emails even when I called them several times to get my policy right which it didn't come right cause they just confused with what they are providing. Please check other funeral policy companies that will make you feel being valued but not just your money
