Old mutual funeral policy

Goodday I'm Goitsimang Mashoai with identity number ***, having policy with old mutual (***)on 2022/01/02 my son Reaobaka kagoentle mashoai passed away and I made a claim with old mutual on 2022/01/03 and they told me that they will pay me because I wanted to burry my son on Thursday 2022/01/06.
