OLD MUTUAL FUNERAL POLICY

My last born sister (Dineo) is having a policy with Old Mutual policy number 69285N ********** 90, last year 25th November 2017 we lost our niece and she was covered on the policy 69285N ********** 0 and (Dineo) who's the policy holder when first joined Old Mutual she explained properly that (the late Hilda Nzimande) is our late sister (Pinky Nzimande daughter) and she was covered fine. To our suprise when we death came to family and about to claim for funeral policy where Hilda Nzimande is covered she find out that Hilda Nzimande is registered as her daughter, if we do mathematics correctly is impossible for Dineo to have a child at the age of 8? Till today (Dineo) have been asked to go up and down to Home Affairs to get Affidavit and etc, it's been 5 months of Hell where Old Mutual is not taking the responsibility of their *********** consultant who filled the information incorrectly. Dineo cellphone is ********** 228 claim number is CEB ********** 298 up to day OLD MUTUAL is still not helpful and take responsibility to resolve this. I am logging this complain on behalf of my sister Dineo, can OLD MUTUAL RESOLVE this???????
