Old Mutual funeral plans are ******* and they don't cover upgrading a policy cover that have subsequently been diagnosed with diabetes. Old Mutual score all the way. Pathetic so.... Do a medical report before upgrading then,,,,, don't then refuse honoring a policy. Give your clients the after sale service they deserve. Old Mutual is useless in my eyes.
