Old mutual funeral plan is a ****!!!

This is probably the worst company ever. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of joining them to think twice. I made a claim on a funeral policy on the 7th of December 2020 and still waiting. Worst of all I have not even received any acknowledgement from them. The claim is meant to pay out in 48 hours. When you take out the claim you think your loved ones will have money for a decent burial but no, not with old mutual. I have literally been calling them daily but still the policy has not paid out.
