Old mutual Funeral plan

<p>On Monday I went to make a funeral claim that was under my father, I submitted everything they needed and just was told that I will get my money in two workings days which is today. I went to old mutual to Check why I didn't receive the money as I urgently need to bury my father on Saturday. They told me that the money has been paid that I should go to standard bank and check with them. I wentate to standard bank address they told me that they have not received the money. I am frustrated and I need the money today as tomorrow is the closing day for graveyards. Please make me understand why I have to go through such trauma to bury my father. Mpho ********** 238</p>
