Old Mutual funeral claim up to 365 days

I will not recommend anyone to take out funeral policy with old mutual they state that a VALID claim take up to or within 48 hours. submit a claim on 05 September 2022 via they " USSD Portal" received sms on the 6th Sept 2022 it will go for further verification. since then no FEEDBACK we are now on day 50 this morning call again and its still at the verification department. this is really unacceptable and frustrated.

cant think that people still sign up with them until they must submit a claim. One should think they are ................................................
