Old Mutual Funeral Claim Nightmare

I processed my funeral claim via their WhatsApp number and submitted my documents timeously. Old Mutual claimed they did not receive my documents. I went into their offices 3 times to get them to assist and on all occasions, they agreed they would expedite the payment. They did not do so and were quite insensitive during a time where I should be grieving and mourning the loss of my mother and not going around tracking a funeral claim. I am quite disappointed in Old Mutual, I assumed they were a reputable firm.
