Old Mutual Funeral Claim

I am very disappointed with the service that I got from Old Mutual. My dad passed away in 2020. He had a Greenlight cover. He had 5 beneficiaries in his cover and one of those beneficiaries was a guy that is also working for Old Mutual in Durban. This guy is not related to us, just same surname. I believe this is ***** and for the fact that he used the same documents that we submitted for the funeral claim for him to claim..Till this date we were told this has been investigated and this guy must pay this R20k to my older brother. Nothing has been done and we are not updated. I will cancel all mypolicies that I have with Old Mutual.
