Old mutual funeral cash back

<p>Goodday</p> <p>I've received and email from Old Mutual on 25/01/2016 informing me that I have a R1104 cashback which will be paid out to me after 60 premiums, to my surprise when i called the Call cente today to enquire when this money will be paid out to me, I was informed by Liezel that I do not have a cash back plan with my funeral cover. I am shocked because when i took out the plan i was informed that should i not claim for a certain period i will get a cash back. Can you please give me clarity as i am being informed that my plan does not have a cashback whilst i received an email stating i would get a cash back. I might as well delete this funeral cover because clearly im not getting any joy from Old Mutual. </p>
