Old Mutual FSP

So I invested in an retirement annuity for many years. Now the problem is to get them to pay out my investment. A year later, still no joy. Numerous calls ( which most of the time is not answered) and e mails that gets an automated reply to call the helpline (which doesn’t get answered). Go to the regional office, can’t see anybody ( working from home, Covid.) Covid has become the excuse for all poor service.
