Old Mutual **********ly opened an account with my details and I had to pay.

I went to Old Mutual last year for a loan and the consultant there **********ly opened up an account and put in money on that account with out my knowledge and or permission. I found out about that the following Month when Old mutual sent me that account statement after I had paid the first. After this was reported, Old Mutual forensic investigator advised me to open up a case against the consultant after time that I had opened the case and , realised that this was not right, I was not supposed to do that because the ***** happened in Old Mutual premises. After so many times trying to get a written apology from Old Mutual and to pay for the cost I incurred. I have since payed up that loan. Old Mutual never took responsibility I do not have a written apology and I had to be the one taking legal action against the consultant. The winner here is the perpetrator Old Mutual.
