Old Mutual ********** Debit Order

An Old Mutual Debit order of R 1840.00 (reference OLDMUTUAL***D 220624) went off against my bank account. I don't have any account or policy with Old Mutual.

I called the call centre and waited over 20 minutes then redirected without any resolution.

I emailed Old Mutual on 24 June, received the automated acknowledgement email but no further feedback from Old Mutual. Sent a follow up email on 6 July and still no response.

To add salt to the wound, ABSA tells me I can't cancel the stupid Debit Order, OLD Mutual must cancel it. Otherwise I will have to reverse this debit order monthly as it comes off my account. To make things worse, I have to go to the ABSA branch reverse the stupid debit order.
