Old Mutual **********

Old Mutual is a huge company that is dealing with ********** activities to get some of their income. They send "so called people-brokers", to schools. Money was debited direct from my salary without my consent for some funeral policies that i never agreed to. An amount of R800, for cover for a **** aunt and **** brother. I since went to their offices in Smith St durban to have the matter resolved. Of which i told them i never took any policies and thus want a full refund and cancellation of the 3 policies they have using my personal details. I went to their offices on the 16/04/2018 and was assisted by Simo Khathini. He told me that i would have someone call me in 5 days and till date no call or even an sms to acknowledge their wrong and how far they are with fixing my problem. I asked for the name of the person as i wanted to open a case with S.A.P.S of ***** and he told me it was a broker- which is a pack of bull. Old Mutual is knowingly *****ed people of their hard earned money and not even having the decentsy to follow up with their complaints. I want someone to call me bac****!!!
