OLD MUTUAL ***** DISPUTE

I have a money account with old mutual, I did an EFT but the person never received the funds I'm told they are hanging somewhere I need to claim it back after weeks of being told differed stories by their consultants they finally sent an email in four lines saying I won't get back the money. I have provided them with all the proff they wanted and their investigation was just one call they made. I am beyond shattered with the service old mutual has offered me after years I've been using this bank this is the service I'm given. I have tried by all means to get the funds back but OLD MUTUAL is unwilling to assist.
