I went to old mutual offices about 2 weeks ago in bethlehem when I noticed on my paysheet that I'm paying for a policy that I'm not aware of. I went to their offices to check the policy and found that it was not mine.The lady there helped in filling in cancelation forms. I was then sent an sms same day saying that I must give it 10 days for my issue to be resolved. I have not heard anything from them or received my money back since then. I've been paying for a policy of about R350 which I didn't apply for, for close to a year or even more than that I am not sure.
