Old Mutual Fradsters!!!

Im very disappointed with old mutual to say the least, I have been their loyal customer for over a decade. About a year ago i received a call from one of the *****ster agents that they always hire, offering a decrease in my monthly funeral cover from R500 to about R300 and even an increase in benefits. i of course said yes who can say no to such? to my surprise a new cover was opened and extra deductions. i lodged a complaint and i was told that the cover has been cancelled but it has been refereed to forensic for further investigation, i Just want all the premiums taken from my persal back. why on earth would i open a new policy and not add all my children.
