Old mutual follow up

Good afternoon. In November 2024 I learned that there's a *****ulent funeral policy opened in my name. I reported the matter to Old Mutual as per Old Mutual reference number: CET***.

In a period between 05 March 2025 and 14 May 2025 Old Mutual made payments to me amounting to R4073.39 of which I'm not sure if the amount if the refund is for both policies or not and there is no communication from Old Mutual.

I recently learned that all the policies have been canceled and still there was no communication from Old Mutual.

Thefore as requested previously, I demand a full refund dating from the first premiums of all the policies with policy number: 000069A8C4 and 0000B3400B reason been I've been nothing, but a loyal customer to Old Mutual, I was thanked by being de*****ed and caused to fail to meet some of my financial obligations because Old Mutual was deducting more money from me for something I did not sign up for.
