Old Mutual fixes problem
I recently had problems when calling Old Mutual to get information about my pension savings. After reporting the issue on Hello Peter, Old Mutual have sprung into action and have done a great job of rectifying the situation. I wish it hadn't taken a negative review on Hello Peter to get results, but I'm very happy with the service level I have now been provided with.
