Old Mutual Financial Services

I have never received worse service than from OM Financial Services. More than 7 months for a simple retirement annuity to be paid out. Lots of excuses, nothing viable. Just absolute pathetic service.

Here we go again with the blame game. What about my emails, and phone calls and promises. NO one till today told me I need to verify myself by an Old Mutual broker. Yes, I got pestered by OM brokers. The only people that ever came back to me. Please listen to my calls. It must have been taped.
