Old Mutual Finance Poor Customer Care

I have an account with old mutual finance. Late last year i started getting calls from a law firm demanding that i transfer my payments to them as Old Mutual handed over my account to them. I then asked on many occasions that they should communicate in writing as I have never received any communication from Old Mutual about my account being handed over.. These guys kept on calling me demanding payments yet they were not sure of when my account was handed over to them and they didn't have my email address only had cellphone number ***strange** if account was handed over to them they should have all my information. I wrote to Old mutual requesting some clarity and complaining or rather raising concerns about the way these lawyers are harassing me requesting payment, all i got from old mutual was the one line response saying my account was handed over to**** and an attached photo of the lawyers business card. i asked that after all the concern i addressed in my email is that what i get and i never received any response from old mutual. with all the ********* we have in our country the least that old mutual would have done was to notify me that my account has been handed over to those guys and that i should make payments to them going forward not receiving calls from rude people demanding money from me.
