Old mutual finance - I made this account with you how can you not assist when I need it settled asap

Its been a year now trying to settle my outstanding Old Mutual loan, I have visited their East London, Vincent branch on numerous occasions I just cannot get help.

I had a loan with them but due to unforeseen situations I was not able to pay all of it back. Im not settled and have been asking them for bank details to settle it since beginning of this year. All I can get from their Vincent branch is, we cannot find you on the system mind you they have blacklisted me on ITC. At the branch they gace me a number which they said its their Legat recoveries ***/ ***, there they will be able to assist. I called those numbers and they said I need to call MBD attorneys which I did and spoke to Kedibone who advised they do not have an Old mutual account against my name. I then called their legal recoveries they said I need to call SSDA attorney whom I called and said the account was sent back to Old mutual. I againt called Legal recoveries and advised, they then gave me DMC number *** who advised that they dont have a permission to access my account.

Old Mutual finance I need to settle this account, why are you playing hide and sick with me. I need to clear myITC ASAP.
