Old Mutual Finance Harassment

I took out a loan with OMF and lost my job. Soon as I got a job this year I contacted them for an arrangement and they still sent messages thrratening legal action hile I was paying in time and the agreed amount. I contacted them again for a payment settlement with MCS and they told me if I do a direct deposit then I can reverse the debit order since it will be null and void and I would have finished my debt but to my surprise I got a mesaage days later saying I should reinstate the debit order or they will give me a judgement against my name. Another message came in sayin I have an outstanding amount of R375 and the day after they debited the R375 on my account. I could not wait to cut ties with these people now they debit money from my account without my authority when I know I have no outstanding amounts with them. Think twice before you go into agreement with these ******! They say they handed you over to their attorneys yet still send threating texts of legal action, had I not had the intention to pay off the debt would I have made contact? Never again am I going into business with them and if I dont get refunded the R375 they will be hearing from my lawyers for breach of contract. No transarency whatsoever! They are the worst people to be indebted to.
