Old Mutual Finance expected bad service

This query is directed to Old Mutual Finance Money Account division. I requested a two proof of payment documents from the call centre via email and its been over a week and nothing has been done, meantime I am receiving charges fro for the the vendor who claims not to have received my two payments.

Instead OMF keep on asking me to fill in information but never really do anything. To add insult to injury they promised me to send the documents I requested to my email address. Still nothing has been done. I've come to expect such poor service from them.
