Old Mutual Finance bad service

<p>I took out a loan with Old Mutual Finance which was paid off through their collections company, Venns, in December 2014. Venns confirmed this settlement yet I am listed on ITC as having defaulted and this was updated in August 2015. This is a time when the loan had long been settled yet they still filed a default on ITC. This has resulted in having a negative credit rating for something that has long been resolved. I have on numerous times addressed this with Venns and the ********** with no response. Worst mistake i ever did was thinking of Old Mutual Finance as an alternative - it has proved to be an alternative in destroying my credit status.</p>
