Old Mutual

My husband passed away in July and as he had RA Insurance policies with Old Mutual I duly informed them of his demise. I received a reply from Old Mutual that one of the policies was a Legacy Policy and that I was entitled to the income from this Policy until I passed on. I emailed the documents that they requested on 29th August and have not heard another word nor have any payments been received. I have since sent enquiry emails and still have not received any answers from them.
