OLD MUTUAL FAULTS
I realigned from my employer in 2024 February and old mutual paid my pension in March 2024. But they didn't now handle my tax issues with Sars properly and now SARS has issue me with penalties due to Old mutual faults.
When I submit my 2024 tax returns, it gets rejected and the message I get from Sars is: Please note that this tax return was not processed because SARS issues a tax directive no ***1, but there us no lump sum amount declared on the return. I'm advised to contact the employer or fund administrator.
I contacted old mutual and I ddnt get proper assistance
