Old mutual **** policies

I'm so frustrated. It just came to my attention that I some how have a 3 policies with old mutual that I know nothing about, my payslip shows that old mutual have been deducting the amount of R620.76 since 2019. I do not even know the people covered in those policies , I myself am not covered. I made an enquiry with old mutual they open a case to investigate on the 29th of January 2021 But I have never heard from old mutual. Even when I try to make contact I can't reach anyone to help with this case. I'm running out of options. Please help.
